“Art in the Fields” – A Celebration of Art & Nature at UAE Flower Farm RAK” By Art4you Gallery & Design Gallery
RAK, UAE – February 21, 2025 – The “Art in the Fields” event, organized by Art4you Gallery & Design Gallery in collaboration with the RAK Environment Protection Development Authority, brought together a vibrant mix of artists, photographers, and nature lovers for a unique plein air painting and art exhibition experience. Hosted at the stunning UAE Flower Farm Ars Al Khaimah, the event celebrated the intersection of art and nature, inspiring creativity through the beauty of blooming flowers. As part of the 54 Years of Community in the UAE celebrations, the event invited 10 talented plein air artists and 10 renowned photographers, and 10 floral themed art exhibitors to create and showcase works that captured the essence of the farm’s breathtaking scenery.
A Day of Creativity in Nature:
The event featured three main activities:
Plein Air Painting: 11 artists painted live in the open air, drawing inspiration from the mesmerizing fields of flowers.
Floral-Themed Photography: Photographers explored the farm to capture the beauty of nature through their lenses.
Floral Art Exhibition: A curated showcase of floral-inspired artworks and photography art, celebrating the deep connection between art and the natural world.
Throughout the morning, visitors engaged in immersive artistic experiences, explored the lush flower fields, and relaxed at the farm café while witnessing creativity bloom in real time. The event was a true testament to how nature influences art and artistic expression.
Artists Who Participated in All Three Activities:
The event featured an incredible lineup of 11 artists who contributed to Plein air painting – Rachel John, Jesno Jackson, Shaf Beypore, Labiba Ferhat, Aya Mahmoud, Veinna Fouad, Kumar, Maria Komal, Diana Jaudzeme, Reem Al Subiy, Thauheeda Thameem. Floral-themed photography exhibition and photowalk participants were Abeer Abdullah, Svitlana Lobova, Arthur Werner, Gillian Robertson, Andrea RIP, Leian Saleh and Karoline Denisha, with the art exhibit by Peter Farrington.
