Abu Dhabi, 6  September 2025: The Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX) 2025 is drawing thousands of visitors through its doors, each one attracted by an engaging programme of activities that seamlessly blend culture, commerce and entertainment into a cohesive experience. Organised by ADNEC Group, a Modon Holding company, in cooperation with the Emirates Falconers’ Club, the exhibition runs until 7 September. ADIHEX 2025 is the perfect destination for families and heritage enthusiasts – especially over the weekend.

The exhibition is a standout event, renowned for its rich cultural diversity that goes beyond books to include interactive displays and immersive visual experiences. At the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism pavilion, visitors can explore the UAE’s rich history. Meanwhile, the Qasr Al Hosn pavilion has Emirati poetry emblazoned across large panels, featuring works by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan on hunting and falconry, alongside compositions by poets such as Rabie bin Yaqut and Mana Saeed Al Otaiba.

Khaled Al Hosani from the Qasr Al Hosn team explained that the pavilion is divided into three sections: the history of falconry, portraits of falconers and leaders, and the legacy of falconry as a cultural symbol and global hobby. The pavilion also features rare collectibles from enthusiasts across the UAE, including passports and bird permits, highlighting the falcon’s importance as a national emblem.

In the Arts and Crafts sector, artist and architect Selena Sarieddine emphasises the importance of education in shaping artistic talent. She said: “Visitors showed keen interest in the artwork details, from canvas quality to the stages of its execution, reflecting a growing awareness of the value and techniques of art”.

The exhibition also offers a golden opportunity for networking between local and international manufacturers and suppliers, showcasing a wide range of products, from everyday consumables to vehicles and hunting equipment.

Walid Youssef, General Manager of ARB UAE, said: “We are participating for the sixteenth consecutive year, celebrating 50 years since the company’s founding and 35 years of partnership with Al Masaood Group. We are presenting the latest models, including comprehensive trailers designed to meet all client needs.”

The exhibition’s appeal extends beyond culture and trade, as it provides unique entertainment experiences. In the Live Arena visitors can enjoy shows and virtual hunting simulations. University student Mubarak bin Kulaib said: “I love hunting and the desert, and the virtual hunting experience at the exhibition offers real enjoyment. That’s why I make sure to attend every year.”

Children also have plenty of fun opportunities, with the Majid pavilion by Abu Dhabi Media offering chances to emulate beloved magazine characters, alongside drawing activities and falcon handling, making the exhibition both educational and entertaining.
