The menu is where Permit Room truly shines, offering a global and adventurous take on Indian classics. The menu consists of soups, small plates, grills, large plates, biryani, and desserts and has a bar menu. Think Pav Bhaji Focaccia (AED 38), Erachi Pepper Patti Samosa (AED 55), Sindhi Tikka (AED 35), and Burrata Chaat (AED 50),  Cooker Kukad with Jeera Rice (AED 60), Ferrero Rocher Chocobar (AED 40), and so much more designed to surprise and delight your taste buds. Generously portioned and perfect for sharing, these bold creations are all about bringing people together over food that’s as fun as it is flavourful.

For the cooler months, Permit Room’s rooftop, V’Desi, becomes the ultimate hangout spot. Paying homage to the global Desi community, V’Desi celebrates the fusion of Indian traditions with international influences. The result? A vibrant outdoor dining experience where you can enjoy a curated Global Indian menu, sip on signature drinks such as Gin Fling (AED 45), Thyme Sour (AED 50), Sun Tree (AED 50), Spice Pour (AED 45), and more, and unwind with shisha while soaking in the buzzing Dubai vibe and live music.
